Feeling like home

Digital locker to enter the room wasn’t very convenient. Guests in the common dormitory had no respect to others. One noisy packed his staff from 3am till 8am. Others nonchalant talk loudly with each other at 6am. Had no sleep due to it.
Nice atmosphere, staff actually speaking English.
Had to rent towel. Breakfast was just bread and egg. Coffee was so bad. Toilets didn't have wet tissue. Staff couldn't help to book airport bus.
Bed is comfy Clean place Friendly and English speaking staff A lot of tourists Near to station Bad lighting in room it was auto
Clean and comfort for backpacker
Boutique hostel in central tokyo, clean but lack of space
Almost no space for luggage between the bunk beds
The cafe is so cosy and the staff couldn't be nicer
Shoes shelves smells no good
Jeward La Luna
A small hostel
An extra pillow would be nice, maybe an option like they did with the towels.
Clean, and there's a bar down stairs. The staff is really wonderful and helpful.
Dorms are clean and have enough room for your luggage but be aware that they might not be quiet.
Close to everything. Great restaurants around the hostel. Staff is super kind and speaks English. Breakfast is good even if it’s free.
Perfect for a 2 night stay
Breakfast was a bit un-inspiring so gave it a miss.
This was my 2nd visit to Kaisu and would definitely go again. Booked the private room this time which was also great. Friendly staff, good coffee, beautiful decor.
Good staff and convenient location. Rooms are also super clean
Beautiful space, amazing staff, great sleep!
Excellent people! Owners are just amazing and very helpful
The hostel is friendly, cozy, very clean and have an incredible mood! The region where Kaisu is located is an oasis in Tokyo - many nice restaurants in a quite area. The subway station is about 5 minutes walking.
